Let me spend a couple of hours with your family and quietly document your real life as it unfolds.

 

Honestly, this is my absolute favourite type of session. There’s a little bit of gentle direction when needed, but nothing like a traditional family shoot. I’m mostly watching, moving around and capturing your kids being completely themselves. Before long, they’ll probably forget I’m even there.

 

The only thing you really need to do is plan some activities!

 

You might spend the morning at the beach, jumping off the jetty, eating ice creams and having piggyback rides. Or stay at home, where the kids can run through the sprinkler, paint canvasses in the backyard, help wash the car, toast marshmallows around the fire pit, make a mess baking, read a book together or play the guitar.

 

Maybe it’s a day on the farm in gumboots, feeding the chickens, helping Mum or Dad in the garden, riding horses or playing in the creek.

 

These are honestly the moments I love photographing most. The ordinary stuff. The little bits of chaos. The things that are completely you.

 

And the list is endless.
