Help a rescue dog or shelter

Behind every dog in this book is a shelter that gave them a second chance. Here's how you can be part of that story too.

Donate

We’re proud to partner with the Petbarn Foundation, as its commitment to rescue and adoption strongly aligns with the purpose of the Rescue Dogs On Doorsteps book project: shining a light on rescue dogs, the organisations and people who give them a second chance, and the profound role dogs can play in connection, mental health, wellbeing and therapy.

Petbarn Foundation will be the principal philanthropic partner of Rescue Dogs On Doorsteps, helping us amplify the message of rescue and adoption nationally. The project will also directly connect readers with the individual rescue organisations featured in the book, encouraging people to donate, adopt and foster directly with the organisations doing the work on the ground.
